Mission Statement
To provide construction services in all the areas of general construction and management, street and utility construction, maintenance and repairs. Once Prince was establishing a solid construction and management plans, based on our experience and past achievements in this industry, we enhanced our capability to take on numerous government and commercial contracts which which allowed us to expand our scope of work to include new building construction, interior and exterior building renovations, IDIQ multi-task contracts, excavation, demolition & remediation.

Goals
PCC has established policies geared toward integration within the community leading to providing opportunities and apprenticeships in conjunction with other entities in the community such as unemployment agencies, youth training and job seeking applicants.

PCC Will continue to concentrate on securing private and public contracts seeking commercial and goverment contracts and pursuing joint ventures, subcontracts and design-build Projects.
